PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS!! We will not be able to change a delivery address once an order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we invite you to reach out to our team for assistance, and we will evaluate every return request with care and consideration.

Please note that the condition of items returned will be taken into account, and we encourage customers to review their purchase before proceeding with a return. Additionally, items that were marked as final sale are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding of this process, as we aim to maintain high standards for our products. Please provide clear photos of any products damaged in transit within 2 days to info.burndatcandle@gmail.com. We will not accept any photos after 2 days of delivery!  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPPING FEE, PLEASE HAVE PRODUCTS WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP  IF POSSIBLE.​ Anything returned and not wrapped will not be refunded or exchanged!

PLEASE NOTE:   WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCT UNLESS IT WAS DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING! Due to the nature of the product(s) and our inability to verify integrity upon return, we are unable to reuse or resell the product(s). Thank you for your understanding.
